Warranty & Shipment
We are confident you will love our product, but if you were to have a change of heart, let us know within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of orders made on earin.com. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs: sending a courier to pickup the product.

All items must be returned in new-like condition with original packaging and include a copy of the receipt. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are returned incomplete or are damaged.
Refunds will be made to the original buyer’s credit card within 14 days from date of return. For customers living outside the European Union please keep in mind any import charges incurred are non-refundable.
If you have purchased your product from a retailer please contact them directly for instructions.
Once your shipment is on it's way to you, your should receive tracking information directly from the shipping courier.
Orders can not be delivered to PO Boxes nor APO/FPO military bases due to courier service restrictions.
Please note that all orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to national, state or local charges, such as VAT or customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
If you decide that you want to cancel your order after the product has shipped, please contact customer support.
Earin (EARIN AB) cannot be held liable for any costs, losses or damages related to a delivery delay.
Our products come with a one year repair or replacement warranty starting at the time of the product(s) original purchase date. Shipping is included both ways.
Earin is committed to provide our customers with best in class customer service. Our policy is to honor product warranties and to perform services only on products purchased directly from Earin or an authorized Earin distributor, and only accompanied by a receipt as proof of purchase.
If you purchase an Earin product from an unauthorized reseller, your Earin product is not covered by any manufacturer’s warranty.
If you have purchased your product from a reseller, please contact them directly to make a warranty claim.
If you have purchased your product through our Earin webshop then please contact us using the contact form.
A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
