In-warranty returns

We at Earin strive to deliver an extraordinary true wireless audio experience. If you for some reason run into a problem with our products we will happily do our best to find a solution for you as fast as we can.

One Year Limited Warranty

A limited one (1) year warranty from the date of original purchase, applies to all Earin products. The warranty is only valid for products purchased from an authorized reseller or directly from the Earin webshop.

If you have purchased your product from a reseller, please contact them directly to make a warranty claim.

Warranty terms

In our efforts to reduce the environmental impact Earin will during the warranty period either:

  • Repair your product using new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in functionality and performance
  • Or, replace your products with a product that is at least functioning equivalent to the product and is formed from new and/or previously used parts equivalent to new in functionality and performance.

If neither repair nor replacement is commercially practicable, or cannot be made in a timely fashion, Earin may choose to refund you the purchase price paid for the affected product.
The responsibility for the return-shipping cost to our repair center is on you as a purchaser.

When a product or part thereof is replaced or a refund provided, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced or refunded item becomes Earins´ property.

A repaired or replaced product assumes the same remaining warranty period as the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of repair or replacement, whichever provides the longest coverage.

In order for us to proceed with the warranty service we need the following information:

  • The product
  • A copy of your proof of purchase
  • A clear description of the problem and how it occurred
  • Your preferred shipping address

This Warranty does only apply to the original end-use purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift and shall not be extended to any other person or transferee.

This Warranty does not cover defects or damage arising from improper use, accident, neglect or other acts which are not the fault of Earin. Unauthorized repair, modification or customization of your product voids this Warranty.

This limited warranty gives you specific rights that are in addition to other rights you may have under applicable laws, including your rights against the Authorized Earin reseller who sold the product to you. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOWEVER, THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY EARIN. EARIN DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT), AND EARIN’S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE.
